The health sector of Hanoi organized a free health check-up program for local residents. The Special National Relic Site of Po Nagar Towers in Bac Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa province, is welcoming thousands of residents and visitors attending the 2026 Po Nagar Tower Festival.

The clean rice production linkage model implemented by the Professional Farmers’ Group for clean rice production and supply in Son Tinh commune, Quang Ngai, has brought clear efficiency, helping rice farmers reduce investment costs by around 60% compared to traditional farming methods. The average yield reaches about 400 kg of dried rice per sao, slightly higher than conventional production. The clean rice products are purchased at 11,000–12,000 VND per kilogram, nearly double the price of traditional rice at 6,000–7,000 VND per kilogram. Cuong Xa Pagoda in Tan Hung ward of northern Hai Phong city has been recognised as the temple with the largest system of stone walls engraved with the Buddhist swastika symbol in Asia by the Asia Book of Records. The pagoda's distinctive stone wall system is built from green stone sourced from Nhoi Mountain in central Thanh Hoa province. Each horizontal row comprises 108 blocks, each measuring 40cm in length, 30cm in width and 35cm in thickness, with an average weight of around 80kg. The first three rows are intricately carved with lotus motifs while from the fourth row upward to the roofline, each stone is engraved with a gilded swastika symbol. In total, nearly 3,000 such symbols adorn the structure, creating a striking synthesis of architectural scale, sculptural craftsmanship and Buddhist symbolism. In August 2015, the

Through a system of 1,837 AI-powered cameras, all traffic developments are monitored in real time, enabling authorities to proactively detect and regulate traffic early and remotely. Beyond operational support, this technology also aids in handling violations: nearly 1,000 cases were recorded via the system during the four-day holiday.
