Charity class on Hon Chuoi island, Ca Mau province
A charity class on Hon Chuoi island, Tran Van Thoi district, nearly 20 nautical miles from Song Doc town of Ca Mau province, is taught by teacher, Major Tran Binh Phuc, Border Guard Station 704 (Ca Mau Border Guard Command). The class teach students from grades 1 to 5. Up to now, this special school still has only one classroom and has been solidly built. Over the past 16 years, Major Phuc's class has welcomed more than 50 students. The charity class on Hon Chuoi island has been recognized as a school in the education system of Song Doc town.
