“Crossing hills and streams” to rebuild homes for flood-hit residents in Khanh Hoa
In the early days of 2026, at construction sites rebuilding houses for residents whose homes were completely destroyed by floods under the “Quang Trung Campaign,” officers and soldiers of Regiment 974 under the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command are working at full intensity. Each takes on a task—pushing wheelbarrows loaded with sand and cement, carrying water uphill—to ensure the handover of nine houses to residents in Nam Khanh Vinh commune (Khanh Hoa) by January 10, 2026.
