Amid rapid and profound global changes, together with the strong development of digital technology and social media, culture is increasingly affirming its role as an important internal strength of the nation. Culture is not only the spiritual foundation of society but has also become a “steel shield” protecting the Party’s ideological foundation, strengthening public trust, preserving national identity and reinforcing the great national unity bloc. The Party’s strategic resolutions, especially Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW, emphasize the need to build culture within the Party, the political system and society as a fundamental solution to protect the Party proactively and sustainably.
