Hai Phong Border Guards implements "Clever Mass Mobilization" model
The Hai Phong City Border Guard Command has recently collaborated closely with local Party committees and authorities to successfully implement the "Clever Mass Mobilization" model. This initiative is integrated with national security defense and economic development tasks through practical and specific programs such as: "Linked security clusters," "Support for training fishing vessel captains and chief engineers," and "Public participation in the prevention of illegal immigration." These efforts have contributed to strengthening public trust, consolidating a strong people-based defense posture, enhancing the bond between the military and the people, and laying a solid foundation for the successful fulfillment of assigned political tasks.
