The Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee of Giang Vo ward (Hanoi) on January 16 held a plaque inauguration ceremony for a commemorative project at Thang Long Secondary School to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress and the 96th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026).
