Hanoi unveils 100-year vision for Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounding areas
From September 7-26, Hanoi is seeking public feedback on the planning scheme for Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounding areas within Hoan Kiem and Cua Nam wards, focusing on expanding public spaces and reshaping the landscape.
