Marvel at the dreamy ancient ban flower forest in Nam Cum

Nam Cum village is only about 50 kilometres from the center of Dien Bien Phu city (Dien Bien province), yet it is home to about 1,200 ancient ban flowers. Every March, the ancient ban (Bauhinia) forest in Nam Cum enters full bloom with pure white petals, transforming the village’s landscape to the scenery comparable to that of a fairy tale. Passes, mountains and roads leading to the village are filled with the soft flowers of pure white with a pinkish hue. The beautiful scenery of ancient white ban forests, winding roads, and pristine villages on majestic mountain slopes will be an unforgettable experience for visitors coming to Dien Bien province.
