"Meals of Gratitude" to honor former youth volunteers
In celebration of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs'
Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2026), young people in Ha Tinh organized a series
of tribute activities for former youth volunteers, including visits to
historical sites, cemetery clean-up campaigns, free medical check-ups, and the
presentation of livelihood support gifts. A highlight of the campaign was the
"Meals of Gratitude," lovingly prepared by youth union members who
gathered to share warm meals with elderly former youth volunteers living alone.
