Tax-free threshold for household businesses doubled to 1 billion VND
Under Decree No. 141/2026/ND-CP, the household businesses with annual revenue of 1 billion VND or less will not have to pay personal income tax and value-added tax.
Ministry proposes increasing tax-free revenue threshold for household businesses to 500 million VND
The Ministry of Finance has proposed raising the annual revenue threshold for exemption of personal income tax for household businesses from 100 million VND (3,790 USD) currently to 500 million VND.
