2026 "blue hair and flowing robe" Vietnamese traditional costume festival
The 2026 "blue hair and flowing robe" Vietnamese traditional costume festival was held on the afternoon of March 21, 2026 along Vo Van Tan and Pasteur streets and at Phan Dinh Phung Park (Xuan Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
