Building schools along border, sowing seeds of knowledge
In the far western border region of the country, where mountainous terrain and socio-economic conditions remain challenging, the Si Pa Phin Inter-level Boarding School for Primary and Lower Secondary Education in Si Pa Phin Commune, Dien Bien Province, is rushing to complete final items ahead of its inauguration.
