Enhancing digital skills among local residents through youth initiatives
Bringing into play their pioneering spirit and technological know-how, young people in Hung Yen are making their mark in the development of digital government, digital economy and digital society through the “1+30” model. Under the initiative, each youth union member directly guides at least 30 local residents in using online public services. The young volunteers have become “digital bridges,” spreading digital skills within the community, helping foster a generation of digital citizens and promoting local socio-economic development.
