Party Resolution sets out important orientations to strengthen ties between overseas Vietnamese and nation
Drawing on their life experiences, community activities and contributions to their homeland, overseas Vietnamese believe that Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW, dated August 2, 2026, on overseas Vietnamese affairs, sets out important orientations to strengthen ties with the Fatherland and their roots, preserve national identity, and effectively mobilize the community's resources to join hands with the nation.
