Affectionately known by colleagues as the “spark of innovation” in FECON’s renewal movement, engineer Luu Hoang Phuong, Head of the Construction Engineering Team at FECON Corporation, has not only helped ensure the progress and quality of major national projects but also made a remarkable impact through numerous technical innovations, generating tens of billions of VND in benefits for the company.
