Following the “four-on-the-spot” principle, on the night of September 28, 2025, units of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to maintain round-the-clock presence in key areas, ready to respond and assist people in overcoming the aftermath of Typhoon Bualoi.
