On February 9, 2026 (the 22nd day of the 12th lunar month), at the Ho Dynasty Citadel World Cultural Heritage Site in Thanh Hoa Province, the Management Board of the Ho Dynasty Citadel and key provincial relic sites held the Neu-raising ceremony in accordance with the royal rituals of the Ho Dynasty on the occasion of the Lunar New Year.
