Ninh Binh builds a people-oriented administration
Thanks to the comprehensive and effective implementation of administrative reform measures in line with the development of science and technology, and the building of an e-government and digital government to better serve people and businesses, Ninh Binh province has successfully integrated 1,966 fully online public services onto the National Public Service Portal, achieving 100%. In the third quarter of 2025, the province’s administrative procedure settlement system received nearly 251,380 dossiers and processed over 231,840, with 227,488 handled on time or ahead of schedule, accounting for 98.12%.
