Ninh Binh makes breakthrough in administrative reform through digital public service stations
Ranked among the leading localities nationwide in administrative reform and digital transformation, Ninh Binh province continues to pilot the smart kiosk system combined with an authentication system and digital issuance of electronic document copies (Digital Public Service Stations). This is a strategic step toward building a service-oriented digital government and bringing high-tech public administrative services closer to people.
