The first session of the 13th National Congress of the Ho
Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2026–2031 term took place at the
National Convention Center (Hanoi) on June 24, 2026. The Congress was attended
by 786 delegates, who are outstanding officials and youth union members
representing more than 21.6 million Vietnamese youth union members and young
