Vietnam’s largest collector of printed newspapers, Nguyen
Phi Dung of Ninh Binh province, owns more than 400,000 newspaper copies from
over 1,000 newspaper titles, including more than 100 titles published in
Vietnam before 1954. In 2024, he was recognised by the Vietnam Records
Organisation for having the country’s largest collection of printed newspapers
