Thanh Hoa officially begins social security payments via bank accounts from July 1
After one month of focused implementation of cashless social
security payments, Thanh Hoa province has now completed 100% of the targets for
all groups of beneficiaries covered by the program. Accordingly, from July 1,
2026, hundreds of thousands of people receiving social security benefits in the
province will receive payments through bank accounts instead of cash as
