Bac Ninh builds people-centered government

Nearly one year after the two-tier local government model officially came into operation, Bac Ninh has witnessed clear progress toward a modern, streamlined, and more people-centered administration. The province has reviewed and announced 392 internal administrative procedures while implementing comprehensive simplification measures. As a result, processing times have been reduced for 742 administrative procedures (34.3%), and 342 procedures have replaced dossier requirements with data-sharing solutions (46.6%). Notably, Bac Ninh has introduced the “24-Hour Green Lane” and “60% Green Lane” mechanisms for key projects, significantly shortening the time required for appraisal and approval of investment applications.
