Conference on studying, learning and disseminating Youth Union’s Resolution
The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee held
a conference in Hanoi on July 31, 2026 to study, learn and disseminate the
Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth
Union for the 2026–2031 term. The conference was held in a hybrid format,
combining in-person and online participation, connecting the central venue at
the Vietnam Youth Academy with provincial and municipal Youth Union chapters,
affiliated Youth Union organizations, public service units under the Central
Committee in the central and southern regions, and the Youth Union, Vietnam
Youth Federation and Vietnam Students' Association organizations abroad. Photo:
