Recognizing the value of indigenous plant resources and traditional crafts, Hoang Phuc Thang, Director of the Mau Son Ecological Farm Cooperative in Lang Son Province, has brought together local households to develop wild lemon growing areas while preserving the traditional craft of producing A Mui herbal yeast liquor, an OCOP 3-star product.
