Hung Yen launches pilot “Safe house for women and children” model
The Hung Yen Provincial Women’s Union, in coordination with the Vu Thu Commune People’s Committee, on October 15, 2026 launched a pilot “Safe House for Women and Children” model. The initiative aims to improve the protection, care and support provided to women and children, helping prevent and detect cases of violence and abuse, intervene when necessary, and provide timely assistance to women and children at risk or facing particularly difficult circumstances.
