Lai Chau hands over resettlement homes to flash flood victims
Lai Chau province held an inauguration and handover ceremony on August 6, 2026 for 24 resettlement houses for families who lost their homes in the flash flood at the San Bay resettlement area, Muong Than commune. The resettlement site covers 10,000 square meters, with each household allocated a 200-square-meter residential plot and an 80-square-meter house. The project was constructed by the Lai Chau Provincial Military Command in coordination with the Military Logistics Academy under the Ministry of National Defence. Photo: Quy Trung - VNA
