Lam Dong issues new regulations on land parcel subdivision
The Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 54/2026/QD-UBND, detailing land parcel size limits and conditions for subdivision, consolidation and recognition of land use rights, with a number of new provisions aimed at removing obstacles for residents. The decision will officially take effect on August 20, replacing previous decisions issued by the former provinces of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong before their merger. Photo: Nguyen Dung - VNA
