Nearly 90% of applications in Hung Yen processed via online public services
Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, Hung Yen province has published 2,165 administrative procedures with complete electronic forms and processes (100% coverage). From July 1 to September 9, 2025, the province received nearly 414,000 administrative applications, of which nearly 90% were processed via online public services, ranking 8th among 34 provinces and cities.
