Phu Tho enhances value of tea cultivation in Connection with Tourism Development
In recent years, Phu Tho Province has implemented various measures to develop tea cultivation by improving quality, increasing added value and linking tea production with tourism development, contributing to the restructuring of the agricultural economy and improving local people's livelihoods. Long Coc and Minh Dai communes, for example, have identified tea as a key crop while promoting experiential tourism models associated with tea-growing areas. Leveraging their natural landscapes and concentrated raw-material areas, along with plans to invest in infrastructure, promote digital transformation and develop deep processing, the two localities are gradually enhancing the value of tea cultivation, creating momentum for sustainable agricultural development while helping promote Phu Tho's distinctive tourism image.
