Roads reflecting will of Party and people in Lao Cai
Rural road development has consistently been identified as a key priority, serving as a foundation for the new-style rural development programme and promoting sustainable socio-economic growth. Following the principle of joint efforts by the State and the people, Lao Cai is mobilising resources to invest in and upgrade its rural transport network. Building on this policy, many roads that reflect the will of the Party and the aspirations of the people are being constructed across communes and wards, providing fresh impetus for development at the grassroots level.
