Working through night on construction site of Si Pa Phin Inter-level School in Dien Bien
At the construction site of the Si Pa Phin Inter-level Primary and Secondary School in Dien Bien Province, more than 400 workers are working in shifts around the clock to meet the project’s timeline. With a total investment of VND 228.5 billion, the project is the first key educational initiative implemented under the Politburo’s policy to build 248 boarding inter-level schools in border communes. As of now, about 50% of the work has been completed, with the goal of finishing by January 31, 2026, to provide learning and boarding facilities for over 1,000 students in the border area. Photo: VNA
