Hanoi city receives title as member of UNESCO's Global Learning Cities Network
A ceremony was held at Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of
Literature) on January 29 evening to receive the title of Hanoi as a member of
UNESCO's Global Learning Cities Network. This marks an important milestone for
the capital city to facilitate life-long learning and developing a learning
