Hung Yen launches peak campaign to issue ID cards and level-2 e-identification accounts for pupils
From April 7 to May 15, 2026, the Hung Yen provincial Police are launching a peak campaign to issue ID cards and level-2 electronic identification accounts for students aged from 6 to under 14. The province currently has more than 436,500 citizens in this age group, including 237,176 students who already have ID cards but have not registered for e-identification accounts, and 199,393 students who have completed neither procedure.
