People’s Public Security Cultural School No. 4 – Where Dreams Take Flight
At the beginning of the new school year, the opening drumbeat sounded for the first time at People’s Public Security Cultural School No. 4 in Tay Ninh, marking the start of a new journey for 95 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. They are children of wounded and fallen public security officers, ethnic minority children, and students eligible for social protection who face difficult circumstances.
