Digital transformation is no longer limited to control rooms
or large data systems but has reached every Party cell and Party member. From
online study sessions on Party resolutions and paperless Party cell meetings to
the use of electronic Party member handbooks, digital transformation is
becoming increasingly evident in the daily activities of officials and Party
members in Quang Tri Province. No longer a distant concept associated with data
centres or advanced technology systems, digital technology is being applied in
Party cells, agencies and units, contributing to changes in leadership and
management methods and improving the effectiveness of Party affairs. Photo:
