Quang Tri youths open up “digital flow” in border areas
Following the motto of “going to every alley, knocking on
every door and knowing every person”, young people in border-area Tuyen Lam Commune,
Quang Tri Province, have persistently provided hands-on guidance, helping local
residents gradually gain confidence and take the initiative in mastering
technology. Activities such as “Digital Mass Literacy”, along with hands-on
experiences in robotics, AI and STEM/STEAM, also help improve digital skills
and inspire a passion for science and creativity among children and young
people in border areas. These practical activities are contributing to
narrowing the digital divide and building border communities that can
