Resolution 57 drives sustainable socio-economic development in Tuyen Quang
Implementing Politburo Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, Tuyen Quang Province has focused on comprehensive development based on three pillars: digital government, digital economy and digital society. Through the “Digital Literacy for All” movement, more than 3,900 community digital technology groups have been established across the province to support residents at the grassroots level. Online public services now account for 94.76% of administrative procedures; 100% of OCOP products are available on e-commerce platforms; all healthcare facilities use citizen identification cards and VNeID for medical examinations and treatment; and digital academic records have been introduced at all primary schools throughout the province.
