Smart Kiosk model – new step in Thanh Hoa’s digital transformation journey
The pilot implementation of the Smart Kiosk model at 10 locations across Thanh Hoa province is creating a notable boost in the process of building a digital government, moving toward a more transparent, efficient and service-oriented administration. These kiosks not only aim to reduce procedures and simplify processes, but also introduce a new approach to delivering public services with citizens at the center. The model is gradually improving service quality, encouraging people to actively use online public services in a modern way, and contributing to the province’s comprehensive digital transformation goals.
