Special teacher for disadvantaged border-area students in Lai Chau
Major Vu Van Chinh, an English lecturer at the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting under the Ministry of Public Security, is among the officers volunteering to reinforce frontline border communes facing complex security issues in the 2023–2025 period.
