Over the past 80 years, generations of Vietnamese have sacrificed their blood, sweat, and wisdom to protect and advance the achievements of the August Revolution, safeguarding national independence while striving to bring freedom and happiness to the people.

This was not only a historic event but also the crystallisation of a long and arduous struggle. It marked a great turning point that transformed the Vietnamese people from a status of slavery into the masters of their own country.

As part of Vietnam’s economic and financial development roadmap, Da Nang is emerging as a strategic location for building the country’s International Financial Centre. With the national goal of achieving double-digit growth and becoming a high-income country by 2045, this centre is not only a growth driver for Da Nang but also carries national significance.
