Young police officer wholeheartedly devoted to serving the people
Senior Lieutenant Phan Tran Thanh (Secretary of the Youth
Union of the Logistics Division, Dak Lak Provincial Police) is among the 20
“Outstanding Young Police Officers” nationwide in 2025, honored by the Ministry
of Public Security in March 2026. This prestigious title recognizes his
continuous efforts and dedication in professional duties and youth activities,
associated with social welfare projects and community service. His outstanding
contributions are reflected in his proactive and creative role in advising and
successfully implementing three major social welfare projects of the Ministry
of Public Security. He is also a typical image of a police officer “serving the
people,” with more than 40 community volunteer and disaster relief activities
