An Giang harvests Summer-Autumn rice

In the 2025 Summer-Autumn crop, An Giang province planted over 506,300 hectares of rice. As of August 8, 2025, farmers had harvested more than 320,500 hectares, accounting for over 63% of the total area, with an estimated output of over 1.8 million tonnes and an average yield of 5.83 tonnes per hectare.
