Dien Bien finalizing commendation procedures for village chief

The Department of Home Affairs of Dien Bien Province is urgently finalizing procedures to recommend the Prime Minister and the provincial People’s Committee Chairman to award a Certificate of Merit to Mua A Thi (26 years old), the Chief of Hang Pu Xi Village, Xa Dung Commune, Dien Bien Province, for his decisive, wise and courageous actions in rescuing people during a recent flash flood.
