Hanoi urgently responds to flooding
On September 17, 2026, as water levels on the Tich and Bui rivers remained at alert level 3 and complicated flooding conditions continued in Xuan Mai, Phu Nghia, Tran Phu, Quang Bi, Hoa Phu and Phuc Son communes, Hanoi’s authorities and relevant forces urgently implemented response measures to ensure the safety of dykes and the lives of residents in riverside areas.
