On the morning of September 5, 2025, in Cu Bai Village, Huong Lap Commune, officers and soldiers of Huong Lap Border Guard Station under Quang Tri Border Guard Command personally went to the homes of Van Kieu and Pa Co ethnic students from disadvantaged families whom they sponsor, to escort them to the school opening ceremony.
