Health Minister inspects preparations for inauguration of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital's Ninh Binh Facility
Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan on July 7, 2026 inspected preparations at the Ninh Binh Facility of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital ahead of its inauguration and official opening. The delegation examined outpatient clinics, the emergency department, operating theatres, the intensive care unit, diagnostic imaging and laboratory departments, medical equipment and technical infrastructure, while also reviewing staffing arrangements to ensure the hospital is fully prepared to receive and treat patients immediately after it begins operations.
