Hung Yen restores and presents portraits to families of fallen soldiers
The Women's Union of
the Hung Yen Provincial Police, in collaboration with the Skyline Group and
sponsors, organised a programme in Xuan Truc Commune, Hung Yen Province on July
7, 2026 to restore and present portraits to relatives of 65 families of fallen
soldiers. The initiative pays tribute to those who sacrificed for the nation,
preserves cherished family memories and promotes Vietnam's tradition of
