Ninh Binh brings smart public administration kiosks closer to residents
After more than two months of pilot operation, smart public administration kiosks, integrated with an authentication and electronic document digital-copy issuance system, at Public Administration Service Centers across Ninh Binh Province have begun to prove effective.
