All126 communes and wards across Hanoi simultaneously carrying out the “45-day campaign from August 1 to September 15, 2025 to support digital transformation activities at communes and wards during the initial phase of implementing the two-tier local administration model.” The campaign aims to raise public awareness of digital transformation, promote the application of information technology at the grassroots level, contribute to the effective operation of the two-tier local administration model, and build a modern, transparent administration that better serves residents and businesses.
